How to Change Address on Indiana Drivers License in Person

Residents updating drivers license address information must do so within 30 days of moving. Completing an Indiana DMV address change requires residents to provide proof of their Indiana residency. This proof must confirm that the driver maintains a residence in the state and does not claim residency in any other state. Documents Needed to Change Drivers License Address in Indiana
When changing a drivers license address, applicants must submit two separate documents to prove their Indiana residency. These documents must be computer generated and be on the list of documents approved by the IN BMV to establish proof of residency.
The most commonly used approved documents for a drivers license change of address in Indiana include computer generated bills issued by utility, credit or cable companies displaying the driver’s name and residential address. - Are legally incapacitated.
